The Swyvl Dashboard is your central hub for managing everything, from projects to billing to branding. It’s designed to give you quick access to all the tools you need to stay organized and productive. This guide provides an overview of the main sections of the dashboard and how to use them effectively.
Main Sections of the Dashboard
Organizations
Your Organization is the top-level structure in Swyvl and is tied to a single billing account.
Key Features:
Manage Organization: Click on your organization’s name in the sidebar to access the Manage Organizations option, where you can update your organization name, billing details and branding settings.
Storage and Plan Details: Easily monitor your plan usage, such as the number of users and used storage space.
Custom Branding: Set a logo and default brand colour at the Organization level. These branding elements will automatically apply across all workspaces and projects unless specifically overridden.
Workspaces
Workspaces help you organize work into focused areas under your organization. Each workspace can contain multiple projects and resources, tailored to specific clients, initiatives, or activities.
Key Features:
Switch Between Workspaces: Click the Workspace dropdown (as shown in the screenshot) to navigate between existing workspaces or create a new one.
Projects: Every Workspace can hold multiple projects. Simply click on a project to start editing or managing it.
Resources: Organize and store related assets, like 360 photos or other files, in the Resources section.
Workspace Settings: Manage API keys, delete a workspace or override organization branding for that workspace. Branding set a the workspace level will apply to all projects within it.
Account
The Account section focuses on managing your personal profile and preferences.
Key Features:
Update Profile: Keep your account details, like name and email, up to date.
Logout: Safely sign out when you’re done working.
Delete Account: Permanently delete your account (be cautious—this action cannot be undone).
You’ll find the Account section in the bottom left of the sidebar.
