Each organization represents a separate billing account, making it easy to keep finances and projects organized. This guide will help you understand and manage your organization effectively.
What Is an Organization in Swyvl?
An organization is the top-level entity in Swyvl, tied to a single billing account. It enables you to:
Manage team members, roles, and permissions to ensure everyone has the right access.
Organize projects and workspaces under a unified structure for better collaboration.
Control billing and subscriptions independently for each organization.
If you work with multiple organizations, each will have its own:
Separate billing account.
Resources, including storage and team members.
Independent projects and workspaces.

Tips and Notes
Keep Names Descriptive: Use organization names that reflect their purpose, such as “Client A” or “Internal Projects.”
Separate Accounts for Clarity: For different teams or clients, create distinct organizations to keep projects and finances organized.
Monitor Subscription Usage: Stay within your allocated storage and team member limits to avoid interruptions.
