Understanding Storage Limits and Upgrades

Learn about Swyvl's 10GB included storage, pricing for additional storage upgrades, and how to request more space

Introduction

Swyvl includes 10GB of storage for all users as part of the standard package. If you require additional storage, you can purchase increments of 10GB for $10 USD per month. Currently, storage upgrades must be requested manually via our Support Request Form.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Checking Your Current Storage Usage

  1. Log in to your Swyvl account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Storage in the dashboard.

  3. Review your storage usage details displayed in the Storage Overview section.

Requesting Additional Storage

  1. Visit the Swyvl Support Request Form

  2. Fill out the form with the required information:

    • Your name and account email.

    • Indicate “Storage Upgrade” in the Request Type field.

    • Specify how much additional storage you need in increments of 10GB.

  3. Submit the form.

  4. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is processed.

Additional Information

  • Billing: The cost for each 10GB increment is $10 USD per month. This amount will be added to your monthly Swyvl subscription.

  • Processing Time: Storage upgrades are processed within 1–2 business days.
