What’s New

  • Track Progress in Real-Time

    • See a percentage complete as path-view panos and uploads process, giving you clear feedback while you wait.

  • Faster Data Layer Access

    • Data layers are now ready to use as soon as they finish processing—no more waiting for the whole batch!

  • Improved Error Feedback

    • Errors in uploads are now shown directly on the data layer for quicker troubleshooting.

  • Optimized Performance

    • Smoother uploads and document editing with fewer freezes or crashes.

    • Faster handling of large datasets thanks to smarter caching and pagination.

Fixes and Improvements

  • No More Missing Maps

    • Fixed an issue where Google Tiles weren’t showing in the viewer.

  • Accurate Storage Tracking

    • Storage calculations now exclude invalid resources to reflect real usage.

  • Project Entry Simplified

    • You no longer need to refresh the page after creating a project—just dive right in!

  • Notifications for Downtime

    • If Swyvl temporarily goes offline, you’ll see a notification and can try again later.

Known Issues

We’re aware of a few issues we’re working on:

  • Storage limits may not prevent users from exceeding their allocated space.

  • Ambiguous error messages may appear when using Google Tiles in incognito mode.
