How do I create my first project?

Click New Project on the Workspace dashboard.

How do I edit my project after it has been published?

To edit a project:

  1. Access the project from your Workspace dashboard.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Unpublish the project, then republish it to apply updates.

How do I add my organization's logo and brand colour in Swyvl?

Go to Organization Settings from your Dashboard. Here, you can upload a logo and choose a default brand colour. These settings will apply across all workspaces and projects in your organization, unless overridden.

Where does the logo appear in Swyvl?

Your organization's logo will appear in three key places:

  • in the Builder

  • on the Loading Screen when a project is opened

  • in the Viewer (desktop only, not mobile version).

Can I set different branding for each workspace?

Yes. In Workspace Settings, you can override the organization's branding with a different logo and/or brand colour. This customized branding will apply to all projects within that workspace. At the project level, you can override the brand colour by changing the pin and polygon colours individually. You cannot override the logo at the project level.

Can I customize branding for individual projects?

While logos are set at the organization or workspace level, you can customize the colour of individual pins and polygons within each project. This gives you flexibility to match specific project requirements or styling.

What logo format and size should I use?

We recommend using a PNG or SVG with a transparent background for best results. The maximum file size for the logo is 2MB.
