How do I manage my subscription or billing information?
All subscription and billing settings are managed at the Organization level.
Go to the Swyvl Dashboard and click on Organizations.
Select Manage Organizations.
Access Subscription to update your plan, payment methods, or billing information.

Where can I download my invoices or receipts?
To download invoices or receipts:
Navigate to Manage Organizations → Subscription → Manage Billing → Invoice History.
Download any invoice as a PDF for your records.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Manage Organizations → Subscription → Manage Billing.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Note: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I upgrade my storage?
If you need more than the 10GB of storage included with your Swyvl subscription, you can purchase additional storage in increments of 10GB for $10 USD per month.
To request a storage upgrade:
Visit the Swyvl Support Request Form.
Complete the form with your account details and the amount of extra storage you need.
Submit the form, and our team will process your request within 1–2 business days.
Note: The additional storage cost will be added to your monthly billing automatically after the upgrade.
