Manage your subscription, update billing details, and review payment history.

How do I manage my subscription or billing information?

All subscription and billing settings are managed at the Organization level.

  1. Go to the Swyvl Dashboard and click on Organizations.

  2. Select Manage Organizations.

  3. Access Subscription to update your plan, payment methods, or billing information.

Where can I download my invoices or receipts?

To download invoices or receipts:

  1. Navigate to Manage OrganizationsSubscription Manage BillingInvoice History.

  2. Download any invoice as a PDF for your records.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Manage OrganizationsSubscription Manage Billing.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
    Note: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get more storage?

If you need more than the included 10GB of storage included with your Swyvl subscription, we've got you covered. Additional storage is charged at $1 per 1GB per month and is calculated at the end of your billing cycle.

For example;
If, on the last day of your billing cycle, you’re using 15GB of storage:

  • 10GB is included in your plan

  • 5GB is additional storage

  • You will be charged an additional $5
